I’m an Account Management/Client Services leader forged in Boston’s boutique agency scene, with nearly 20 years of experience learning from leaders shaped by Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, Mullen, and Hill Holliday.
I cut my teeth as an account/strategist hybrid and later dug in as an account/producer, so I don’t just oversee the work… I roll up my sleeves and jump in head first to make it happen.
I’ve worked B2C, B2B and B2B2C accounts (yes, that’s very much a thing). My longest-standing client was STIHL US who I had the pleasure of working with for 10 years. As a result, I’m randomly the Outdoor Power Equipment SME of my family and friend group. My bougiest client was White Elephant Resorts who kept me sane in the pandemic, flying me to exotic locations to shoot. My toughest client? Gotcha! You’ll need to buy me a drink to hear that one 😉
I dive deep on my clients to learn their business, learn them as people and figure out how to make them successful. As a result, I build deep, lasting partnerships with my clients.
When I’m not working, I’m with Chowder (my 150-lb Great Pyrenees), cooking, reading, arranging flowers, oystering—or putting my ADD superpowers to work and doing everything at once.
